We offer free shipping with any purchase of $150.00 or more for all of Canada.

Regular Flat Rate Shipping Canada $15.00

Regular Flate Rate Shipping in USA $20.00 

Return Policy

Return Policy: We hope that all the products you buy from Bijoux Bella will give you complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value is allowed. The return of items is at the expense of the customer. All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at info@bijouxbella.com so we can provide you with an RMA #. We accept exchange for a period of 7 days after purchase. Item must be returned in its original condition with invoice. Any damaged product will not be exchanged. 

Warranty: Bijoux Bella guarantees all jewelry within 30 days of the date it was purchased (proof of purchase required) if the defect is a result of the production and/or manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear, breakage or negligence is not covered by the warranty.
